Procured using a 2 Stage Partnering contract, this project consisted of the fitting out a 2,158m2 retail shell to form a landmark Booths Supermarket positioned in the heart of the new Media City development in Salford. This high specification fit-out was completed in a tight schedule of 15 weeks with an overall budget of £2.6m with works including M&E, feature joinery, lift and all finishes for one of our key clients.

Early involvement of the Eric Wright Construction team led to a number of value engineering options being incorporated within the completed scheme.

Works were undertaken on a live working site and were in the public eye for the entire duration on an extremely high profile development at Media City in Manchester. Coordination with the Client, Peel Holdings and Booth's FM Manager were crucial to realise a successful programme and budget.

The two storey 15,0000 square ft shop provides a wide range of fresh food and groceries and includes a butcher, fishmonger, cheesemonger, delicatessen, wine merchant and florist as well as a range of hot food.
