The ground floor provides a new refectory space with direct access to a new landscaped courtyard space to the rear of the existing campus facility. Floors 2, 3 and 4 offer a range of general teaching and IT spaces, designed to cater for groups of between 24 and 28.

A large conference room facility is also provided on the top floor to give essential resource for staff, governors, parents and wider stakeholder groups.

There was restricted access to complete the external courtyard at 12 weeks from completion with temporary facilities being lifted out.

This project was undertaken on a live campus environment with special consideration given to the health and safety of staff and students.

Due to the close proximity of the nearby railway EWC worked with Network Rail to advise and ensure a safe distance was maintained.
