Reconstruction of a single span masonry arch bridge over Mobberley Brook.

The bridge carries Warford Road over Mobberley Brook and was not wide enough to support two way concurrent traffic and was showing visual evidence of dilapidation.

The contract works involve the demolition and removal of the existing brickwork arch bridge and construction of a new bridge structure using precast concrete flexible arch and wingwall units.

The works are to be carried out under a road closure.
