Seathwaite Tarn Dam

The main works on this scheme involved the waterproofing of the concrete dam structure by the installation of a waterproofing membrane to the upstream face of the dam.

The works also included extending the insitu concrete wave walls and ground beams as well as erosion protection measures on the reservoir embankment. The works were all carried out successfully in spite of the extremely remote site location at an allitude of over 1000ft.
