Bryan McGrath - Soft FM Manager

Bryan has extensive experience in education, commercial and retail environments, over the last seven years, with responsibility for mobilisation, day to day operation, financial management and staff training. Bryan acts as the first point of contact for the catering / chef manager, to ensure consistency in service delivery and a crucial link to the quality of service delivery ensuring consistent standards are maintained.



Lesley Bantang - Assistant Soft FM Manager

Lesley has over 30 years within the catering and cleaning sector with previous responsibilities including Catering and Cleaning in the business and Industry sector, Higher Education sector, Secondary School sector and Primary school sector. Lesley is currently responsible for the catering and cleaning across our PFI Primary Schools in Cheshire, leading a team of 28 staff, responsible for menu planning, staff training, food production and budgetary control.



Connal O'Brien - Managing Director

Connal's experience spans across all sectors and he has Main Board responsibiity for Eric Wright FM. Connal's drive and enthusiasm underpins the focus of his management team, to continue to deliver services that exceed clients expectations and provide opportunities to drive new standards in service delivery throughout Eric Wright FM.



RPJ3 - Contract Monitors and Audits

Dedicated support is provided by our Partners RPJ3 Group Limited a Wirral based consultants and food service organisation who specialise in providing support and management expertise. They undertake annual auditing and provide expert advice on a wide range of food and safety matters.

We ensure government guidelines which relate to dietary and nutritional requirements are achieved and implemented by using the nutritional development support from RPJ3 Group using the ‘U' Port analysis system.
