Considerate Constructors
We have received outstanding accolades on many of our projects for our commitment to the local community, the environment and our workforce through the Considerate Constructors scheme.
Set up in 1997, the scheme is a national initiative that promotes a voluntary code of considerate practice and acknowledges the contributions of constructors to their communities, the environment and their workforce at the annual Considerate Constructors National Awards.
Eric Wright Construction registers the majority of its projects with the scheme and consistently achieves high scores, with outstanding contributions to the local community, clear values of respect for people and the environment, and a commitment to ensuring that Health and Safety matters are properly communicated to all concerned.
The Code consists of the following three sections:
Respect the Community
Protect the Environment
Value their Workforce
Several of our sites have been presented silver and bronze awards at the Considerate Constructors National Awards in recognition of the highest standards of consideration.
