The Eric Wright Group are ecstatic Eric Wright Construction have been awarded Contractor of the Year and Maple Grove Developments Public Sector Team of the Year at the 2016 Insider North West Property awards.
The awards are held at the Manchester Central, gathering more than 1,000 of the region’s top professionals, developers, agents, architects and more to celebrate the region’s achievements over the last 12 months.
Insider Media stated Eric Wright Construction was the unanimous choice of the judges. They described this as the stand-out entry. It was a very clear submission and they delivered on their projects.
Maple Grove Developments in partnership with Blackburn with Darwen Council and the HCA delivered Blackburn Cathedral Quarter which completed in late 2015. The development comprises of a new six-storey BREEAM Excellent office block, 60-bed Premier Inn hotel, restaurant and car park arranged around a new piazza-style public square and transport interchange.
The awards demonstrate the hard work and commitment of Eric Wright Group employees which has led to our many successes over the past year.
